Her expertise stretches across core systems, insurtech and enhancing adaptability and flexibility in a changing market.

Karen has held multiple leadership positions across the insurance industry. She was previously the VP of CGI's Insurance Practice. Karen contributes to a number of insurance trade journals and is a frequent keynote speaker at major industry conferences. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Springfield College.

John Pettit circle pic.jpgJohn Pettit heads the business operations for Sapiens’ premiere software solutions for the P&C insurance industry and he possesses more than two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining Sapiens as the head of the North American P&C Insurance Platform, John served as CEO of Adaptik, a company he co-founded in 2000.

John previously served as VP for the Insurance Software Products Division of MTW Corporation, as a consultant with Coopers and Lybrand’s Financial Services Practice, and as an underwriting officer at The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. John holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hobart College.
